For those who may not have studied the intimate details of becoming a real estate agent (I mean, why wouldn’t you?), each real estate agent/team is required to be part of a “brokerage” to ensure compliance with all real estate rules and regulations. Over the last 10 years, the Tim Pierson Home Sales Team has been proud to be part of the Keller Williams United brokerage, which works with over 200 real estate agents here in the DC Metro Area.

This week, we received the exciting news that in 2023, KW United has (1) the highest sold price to original list price and (2) the lowest days on market out of any brokerage in Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria City, Fairfax City, and Falls Church. This means that our brokerage consistently sells our clients’ homes faster and for more money.

But the value of this accomplishment comes secondary to our focus on community impact.

This month, KW United held its annual “Red Day” which gathers our office to Renew, Energize, and Donate within the communities we’re privileged to serve. We had the opportunity to partner with the nonprofit Comunidad in Falls Church to establish a “music room” at the Willston Community Centre for teenagers in the area to build community and generate transferable life skills through the use of music and song recording. 

Our ability to serve with the highest quality and maximize investment extends beyond our clients—we want to see our communities thriving with and through our work.
