Welcoming Josiah

We’re so excited to officially welcome our new Marketing and Operations Director to the Tim Pierson Home Sales Team, Josiah Day!

Josiah was born and raised in the Northern Virginia region and attended W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax before graduating from the College of William & Mary with a Marketing Major and Psychology Minor. From there, he worked at a variety of different nonprofit organizations in fundraising and capacity-building roles to help build systems and secure funding for maximum social investment. Most recently, Josiah worked at the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia as its Director of Development, growing the organization’s fundraising capacity and infrastructure to ultimately build a Northern Virginia community that works for everyone in partnership with donors and clients.

With this experience, passion, and values-focused approach to organizational success and helping others, Josiah is energized by the opportunity to partner alongside friends, neighbors, and his home community to meaningfully achieve their personal and financial goals through real estate.

Josiah currently lives in Sterling with his wife Erica, and his two daughters, Hazel and Olive (3 years and 8 months old). When he’s not watching Paw Patrol or playing tag with the girls, he can likely be found watching his favorite NBA team, the San Antonio Spurs, or trying his best to cook the perfect steak.
